This page explains what data is collected when you visit damar.agency and leave a request, what it is used for and what rights you have. The data controller is Damar agency (sole proprietor), Qoratosh 66A, Shaykhantakhur district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
1. What we collect
- What you type in yourself: name, phone number, company name, the service you chose.
- What is added to a request automatically: the page it was sent from, site language, ad tags (utm), IP address.
- How the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate city. Collected with cookies (section 6).
We never ask for passport details, bank cards or passwords.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your request and get in touch.
- To prepare a proposal.
- To improve the site: which pages help and where people leave.
- To measure our own advertising: which ad a request came from.
We do not sell your data or hand it to other companies for advertising.
3. Where it goes and who sees it
- Requests arrive in a private Telegram group of the Damar agency team, seen only by the people who handle requests.
- Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for site statistics. Yandex Metrica's Webvisor records page interactions (scrolling, clicks) anonymously; the name and phone typed into the form are hidden in these recordings.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ad results. When you send a request, your phone number is passed to Meta in hashed form; Meta does not see it in plain text.
These services may store data on servers outside Uzbekistan.
4. How long we keep it
Requests are kept while cooperation is discussed and ongoing, then for up to 3 years. The site server's technical logs are deleted automatically after 35 days. Retention in the analytics services depends on their own settings.
5. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" you can:
- find out what data we hold about you;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted and withdraw your consent.

6. Cookies
The site uses cookies for statistics and ad measurement. You can turn them off in your browser settings; the site keeps working, our statistics just become less precise.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
